What are Preserved Roses?

Preserved Roses are real natural roses that have been delicately cultivated from our partner farm in Ecuador. Our roses are ecologically sourced from a farm that is a member of the Rain Forest Alliance Program. Our hand crafted luxury boxed roses make an exquisite addition to any room.

Do Preserved Roses Really Last a Year?

Yes! With proper care, our roses maintain their beautiful appearance for up to a year with no need for water or sunlight.

How Do Preserved Roses Last a Year?

To ensure long-lasting roses that provide aesthetic appeal for months on end, we use a proprietary solution and color pigmentation process to keep the freshness of the roses and then instill them with a wide array of lovely colors. 

Can I Design my Own Rose Arrangement?

Yes! We have an extensive color palette of roses for you to choose from, as well as a variety of different designs and arrangement patterns. Our Parisian-style keepsake boxes come in many different colors and material as well, allowing you to completely customize your own arrangement. Whether you prefer a faux-leather quilted hat box, heart box, square box, mirror box, or our round boxes , you’ll find something to suit your individual style. Additionally, if you need assistance, our team can help you create your own ideal and impeccable arrangement.

Can I Take the Flowers Out of the Box?

No. For optimal appearance of the roses, customers cannot take the roses out of the box. They are happy in there and meant to stay inside for the entire lifespan of the arrangement. During the creation of each custom rose arrangement, the roses are meticulously placed within the box. Removing the roses will damage them and ruin the arrangement.

How Do I Care for My Roses?

It’s easy! Unlike normal roses which may require constant watering, a change of vases, and grooming of loose, wilted petals, our roses maintain their freshness and longevity for up to year without tedious and time-consuming maintenance.

Simply keep the roses away from direct sunlight and within normal room temperature, and your stylish arrangement will retain its elegance and grace for an entire year.

Can I Schedule a Rose Delivery for a Specific Time and Date?

You can choose the exact date you wish for your arrangement to be delivered during the ordering process. 

Specific delivery dates are unavailable for international orders.

Do You Ship Overseas?

We ship nationwide and to more than 50 international countries!

- Forever Monroe's Arrangements ship nationwide and to select countries worldwide.

- Same-day delivery is not always available. Customers must have verbal confirmation.

- Domestic delivery is guaranteed for the date specified at checkout provided there is not an issue with the shipping courier.

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, Forever Monroe's® does not accept returns. If you would like to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us 24 hours or less after you place the order. Please contact us at sales@forevermonroes.com with any questions, comments, or concerns, and a team member will do everything possible to assist you. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of placing an order, your order cannot be cancelled. Additionally, notwithstanding the foregoing, if your order is already in the process of being created, it cannot be cancelled for any reason whatsoever. Note that a same day order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
