Can I cancel or modify an order?

Please be sure to check your confirmation email for any mistakes on your shipping address or order. If there are misspellings on the delivery address or there is missing information it may result in your package not arriving and being returned to us. We will do our best in reaching out to you if there is a problem with your order, so please be sure to input a correct phone number and email when placing your order.

If you want to cancel an order for any reason and your delivery date is within the next 5 days, please make sure to do so within 4 hours, otherwise it is likely your order may be shipped the same day and we won't be able to give you a refund. If your order is placed far in advance of the delivery date(7+ days), please contact us withing 24 hours if you have to cancel or modify your order.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

All of our products are handmade to order and have a limited life span that are very difficult to ship. We pack each bouquet very carefully to make sure there is no damage to the roses and that they are able to withstand the delivery process. We do not offer returns or exchanges of our arrangements unless there was damaged upon receipt.

What is your Refund Policy?

If there is damage to your roses, please email us at sales@forevermonroes.com and please provide a picture of the damage to your roses so that we can determine the cause and figure out a better solution in delivering your roses to you.We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, packed in the same way as you received it. To complete your return, please wait for confirmation and return label from customer service.
