Can I Schedule a Delivery for a Specific Date?

You can choose the exact date you wish for your arrangement to be delivered during the ordering process, however we are unable to confirm the exact time of your delivery on the date you have chosen. Standard shipping doesn't have guaranteed delivery dates, however 99% of the time, standard shipping will deliver on time. If you would like a guarantee with your shipment, we offer an Express shipping upgrade that guarantees your delivery date. If for any reason your express shipment doesn't arrive on time, we can refund you the shipping fee (assuming there wasn't any problems with the delivery address or no one was able to sign for the delivery if signature confirmation was chosen.)

Specific delivery dates may be unavailable if it is a holiday or a Sunday. For international orders we are unable to deliver on specific dates due to the longer shipping times, but we will do our best if you order ahead of time.


- Forever Monroe's Arrangements ship nationwide using USPS and UPS for the majority of shipments. On select orders we can do hand delivery if you are in the San Francisco East Bay Area location and you schedule your delivery several days in advance.

- Domestic delivery is guaranteed for the date specified at checkout provided there is not an issue with the shipping courier. Standard shipping is not guaranteed by most mail carriers such as USPS. If you want your package to be guaranteed to arrive on a specific date before 3pm you can use upgraded Express shipping at checkout. If you have upgraded your shipping to express and your package doesn't arrive on the date you have chosen, assuming the delivery date is 2 or more days from the date of purchase, we may be able to reimburse you for the shipping cost by submitting a claim with USPS.

Do you offer tracking on my order?

Yes. You should receive an email with confirmation of your order followed by an email with your tracking #. The tracking # email won't be sent until 3-4 days before your chosen delivery date in most cases.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Please be sure to check your confirmation email for any mistakes on your shipping address or order. If there are misspellings on the delivery address or there is missing information it may result in your package not arriving and being returned to us. We will do our best in reaching out to you if there is a problem with your order, so please be sure to input a correct phone number and email when placing your order.

If you want to cancel an order for any reason and your delivery date is within the next 5 days, please make sure to do so within 4 hours, otherwise it is likely your order may be shipped the same day and we won't be able to give you a refund. If your order is placed far in advance of the delivery date(7+ days), please contact us withing 24 hours if you have to cancel or modify your order.
